The brown mascara gives a softer look than black, and it lasted through a whole beach day without smudging. The sheer sparkle in the balm is subtle enough for everyday wear, which I wasn't expecting. This set feels like it was made for hot weather.
I wasn't sure about a brown mascara, but the Cocoa shade gives such a soft, natural definition without being harsh. The sparkling Soleil balm layers perfectly over it for a lazy, glowy look that lasts through a whole afternoon at the beach.
